We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was beautifully decorated with warm lighting and had plenty of space for all our luggage. The location was convenient, close to the city center and easily accessible by tram. The staff treated us with exceptional hospitality, always friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection could have been better, as it mainly consisted of instant noodles, coffee, and tea.

The room was small but comfortable, perfect for a cozy stay. the hotel lounge had a great atmosphere and offered free coffee, tea, and noodles, which we enjoyed as a couple.

Felt right at home, no complaints at all.

our recent stay in kumamoto was incredible. resters bed&co. surpassed our expectations with their helpful and friendly staff, convenient location near the shopping district and tram stations, comfortable bed, and quiet atmosphere. we loved the modern design, complimentary tea and coffee, and proximity to kumamoto castle. it was the perfect place for our anniversary celebration.

Blinds didn't block out all the light.

I recently stayed at Resters in downtown Kumamoto for a week. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the commercial district, the castle, and Suzenji gardens. The lobby was beautifully designed, a great place to relax or work. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a mini-balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. The amenities, including complimentary coffee and tea, mini-ramen, and a separate laundry facility, were fantastic.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
